EGN Music Store offers digital music downloads and physical products. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

1. Digital Music Downloads

All digital music sales are final once the files have been delivered or made available for download. Refunds are generally not offered for digital music downloads, except where required by law or when a qualifying technical or purchase issue warrants a remedy.

2. Physical Products – Dropshipping

Returns and refunds for physical products are subject to the applicable product policy and consumer protection laws.

Customers must contact us by email before returning any product and wait for return instructions. Please do not send products back without authorization.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and work with our supplier to find an appropriate solution.

Customers' legal rights will not be affected by our supplier's return policies.
